Miele is a premium home appliance brand with a strong focus on quality, longevity, and user experience.

During my internship with the UX Design and Design Management team, I contributed to a research study on how Miele's premium digital experiences could evolve in the future. I ran expert interviews and co-organised empathy workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to make sure design decisions were rooted in real user needs.

I also prototyped interaction concepts in Figma, exploring how AI could improve usability.
