Miele is a premium home appliance brand with a strong focus on quality, longevity, and user experience.

During my internship in the UX Design and Design Management team, I contributed to a future-focused design research study exploring how premium digital experiences could evolve. I conducted expert interviews and co-organised empathy workshops with interdisciplinary stakeholders to ground design decisions in real user context and needs.

From these insights, I prototyped AI-enabled interaction concepts in Figma, exploring how emerging technology could enhance usability while staying true to Miele's premium brand values.
